Biography
Active Police Officer with the Manhattan Beach Police Department. Total of 12 years in Law Enforcement: five years invested at the Riverside Sheriff’s Department and over seven years dedicated to the city of Manhattan Beach, CA. I have a wide range of experience within the field including tactical operations on our department’s SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) Team, CSI (Crime Scene Investigations) Investigator, Active Shooter Instructor and currently assigned as the School Resource Officer. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University San Bernardino. I previously worked in education as well as on a private ambulance as an Emergency Medical Technician. I am married with three children and live in Orange County, CA.

Upon receiving my CPD through NICP in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, I aspire to conduct Security Assessments for Public and Private Sector entities to improve overall safety of the built environment and offer crime mitigation strategies.
